Our outdoor labyrinth invites visitors into a gentle practice of mindful walking. Unlike a maze, a labyrinth follows a single winding path toward the center and back again. Each step offers an opportunity to slow down, become present and reflect.

Unity of Sussex County celebrates World Labyrinth Day each year, welcoming people to experience this peaceful practice together. The labyrinth is also available for individual visits throughout the year.
